Our Delivery Process
Once an order has been placed it usually takes between 2-3 working days to dispatch goods from our warehouse. For all our international customer one dispatched the order is delivered within 7-10 working days as we use express shipping methods. How To Track Your Order?
Once your order has been dispatch we will update you and provide you with the tracking details through email. Be sure to read through all the details provided as it is necessary. If an update has not been received in a certain time period please do contact us and we will assist you.

Refund & Return
We accept return only if the purchased merchandise is unworn and kept in original packaging. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods received they can return the goods within 14 working days and obtain their refund or replacement by shipping the goods back to us. Return shipping and charges have to be paid by the customer and the shipper is not responsible for any return shipping charges. Once we have received the goods we will update the customer.
If the order is not received by our customers then we will provide you a 100 % refund. As it is an international payment it can take up to 5 working days for the refund to realize.
In the following conditions a refund or replacement can not be requested,
- Order is dispatched and in delivery process.
- 14 working days from received date have passed.
- Merchandise packaging is damaged/lost.
- Merchandise has been worn.
