Refund & Return

Refined Return Policy:

We gladly accept returns under the condition that the purchased merchandise remains unworn and in its original packaging. Should a customer find themselves dissatisfied with their received goods, they have a 14-day window to initiate a return for either a refund or replacement by simply shipping the items back to us. Please note, return shipping and associated charges are the responsibility of the customer, and the shipper bears no liability for these costs. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will promptly update the customer regarding the status of their return.

In the rare event that an order is not received by our customers, we offer a full refund. Please be aware that due to the international nature of the payment, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.

However, please note that under the following conditions, a refund or replacement cannot be requested:

  1. The order has been dispatched and is currently in the delivery process.
  2. More than 14 working days have elapsed since the date of receipt.
  3. The merchandise packaging is damaged or lost.
  4. The merchandise has been worn.
